I absolutely love my dental hygienist Lori Niedbalski. We’ve always had great conversation, she really listens and provides thorough care. She’s really gotten to know my both my son and I over the years!! She’s great!! I’d recommend her to anyone.

This was my first venture outside of my usual dentist who I have been with since I was a small child so I was a little worried I was going to hate anywhere that I went next. But Brianna was incredibly informative and over all very pleasant. She took the time to explain the things that she was doing so I was informed the whole time and even set up my next appointment for me before the Dentist even came in. Brianna is a great asset and I will be sure to recommend WNY Dental Group to anyone looking for a new dentist.

Had a filling fall out, called at 745am they had an appointment at 830 for me. 5 minute wait in the waiting area and I was called in. Quick fix and I was on my way. Dr was down to earth and efficient. I was literally in and out of there in under 45 min. Probably the only time will say I had a pleasant time at the dentist.

I recently visited the Blasdell Office with a Tooth infection and was treated by Dr. "K". During my examination, Dr. K explained to me in detail what was happening with my teeth. Together we made a Plan for my upcoming visits. I could tell from my first visit that he was very Professional and compassionate with my Dental situation. The following week, after my Infection had subsided, Dr. K removed 2 teeth virtually pain free ! I felt instant relief...
In the Fall of last year,I also had my teeth cleaned at that Office, and was taken care of by Mrs. Whalen. Marianne was both very Professional and calming as well !!! She went into detail as to how to properly clean and maintain my teeth !!!
I would and already have recommended your Office and Staff to anyone that needs Dental work done !!! All of those that I came into meet and talk with were Wonderful !!!! Thank You !!!

Dr. K explains everything ,every step of the way so there are no surprises. I'm not a great patient and he and his assistant are great at making you feel comfortable, making going to the dentist not so bad. Everyone in the office is very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend the Blasdell office to anyone!
