Nice store with quality merchandise. My only complaint is with the prices, just crazy high. I will say we've been very pleased with the things we bought there though and the customer service is great. I also love watching all the action at their myriad of feeders out the window, very entertaining.

Great variety of bird food and knowledgeable staff. They even have a large window facing the trees and their products outside for demonstration!

The staff and products are excellent. Kind, knowledgeable staff are happy to answer questions, make recommendations, and engage with my bird/nature-loving child. The products are more expensive, but they are well worth it. The feeders I've purchased here have outlasted those I've purchased for less elsewhere, and they're easier to clean, fill, open, and close. The staff have recommended products only on request and are not pushy. When we've talked about budgeting, they were respectful, honest, and helpful. And the viewing window was such a lovely surprise! The staff are happy to help identify birds and talk about their own experiences and passions. No complaints! (And we prefer this location to the East Amherst one---based on product range, space to move, the staff's natural understanding of when to engage and when to let you be, and the atmosphere/viewing window---even though this location is father from our home.)

The owners are the most wonderfully helpful people; very knowledgeable. I'm new to birdwatching and feeding. They helped me make good choices for my bird feeders.
