My experience dealing with West Herr Toyota was excellent. My salesperson, Nolan Rhodes was exceptional as far as sales people go. Not only was he courteous and friendly, but he goes above and beyond his salesmanship to make sure you are properly taken care of and are fully satisfied with your purchase. He strives for your happiness. The staff at West Herr Toyota was equally friendly. You also know a dealership cares when they allow your dog to participate in your buying choice and most importantly, they have a variety of coffee creamers for your coffee. Now that's grounded proof of how much consideration they have for their customers!

The only place I will ever buy a car from again! Mike & Russ are the dynamic duo. I have an exceptionally low credit score, walked in with my totaled car, and they were able to get me into a beautiful 2015 Civoc with full warranty and only 15K miles - these guys are miracle workers, not salesmen. They truly go all out for you and what’s in your best interest. Extremely grateful for all of their hard work and follow up!

I have leased for several years so purchasing a vehicle was extremely nerve-racking, especially my first SUV!
