“All I can say about the Hamburg West Harris is WOW! And their salesman Nate is absolutely FANTASTIC! I had been looking for a new pick up truck and found a couple on the car guru website that were at West Herr’s various locations in Buffalo. After asking for information about the trucks, I was immediately contacted by a salesman. He was extremely professionally, knowledgeable and offered to bring the truck to Rochester so that I could test drive it. Nate works at the Hamburg location and he brought the first truck to me in Rochester the next day. I didn’t care for that truck but found another at their Orchard Park store and Nate offered again to bring that truck out to me.
