My most sincere thanks to these fine folks. I’ve worn their lenses for years. In fact I just got a new one after an IOL lens exchange (eye had previous penetrating keratoplasty). Alden sent the new lens to my house, overnight as my doctor requested. However Fedex lost it. Can you believe that?
Fortunately my doctor called Alden, albeit late in the afternoon, to request a replacement. Alden sent a replacement out the next day and I received it the following morning. I was elated! And Alden didn’t charge anything for the second lens, not even shipping. They’re handling the claim with Fedex.
A super big thank you to Terri in customer service who quarterbacked the whole episode. She was so nice and so eager to help. The lens is wonderful and so was the service. Thank you guys!!!
