I think Dawn is a very good person to handle the hard of hearing and the deaf. I am half deaf and my cousin got my husband and I to go to see if there was any help for me. We had given up. All three of us entered Dawn's office and she asked me a lot of questions and then took a pair of Demo hearing aids and programed them from what I told her . She put them in my ears and I COULD HEAR PEOPLE TALK. When I left her office I had a nice pair of demo hearing aid with the remote on the top of the hearing aids and I hear a bird chirp and have come to life again. She is such a positive person and kind you just have to love and thank for all she has done and all she will continue to do to get you new hearing aids programed right for you. I can't believe all the things I couldn't hear before but can now.
