I was in and out with my dental work, very easy. And they always work with me to make things easy. Amber is the best, she always goes the extra mile to help with my appointments.

My 1st teeth cleaning in years and it went way better than I expected. I don't dread going to the dentist like I used to. Everyone is helpful and informative. And they take great care to make sure you are comfortable.

I've been going to Gentle Dentistry of Lancaster for a few years now and I've never had a bad experience. The staff is great! I would recommend them to anybody looking for a great dental practice.

Very capable and efficient. I came in a couple years with quite a number of issues, and they took care of them all. No more bleeding gums No more broken oar deteriorating teeth. They are very accommodating regarding my gag reflex, and I don’t hate going to the dentist anymore. :-)

Very welcoming from the first moment, even through email. Every person I interacted with was professional but not stuffy, pleasant, helpful and accommodating. I hadn't been to see a dentist in 10 years so my first visit took about two hours where they did a comprehensive exam, full X-rays including very modern panoramic ones, thorough discussion of the condition of my teeth along with the plan of how & when to do the work needed, etc. They explained the cost, how to navigate insurance coverage, & even helped me apply for Care Credit to help cover.
Very good experience.
