Verizon Authorized Retailer, TCC

Came in and saw nick who I must say is absolutely amazing! As soon as i walked in the door he was waiting he was full of energy and was so understanding to my needs. Whenever I go to another Verizon I immediately feel that im such a inconvenience to them and they rush me out. I know my technology but its always nice to have someone else help out and actually have a conversation with. Walked out with a new phone and tablet and will be there to see Nick whenever I need a new device and will be telling all my family and friends about the service he gives!

Came in here to see what kind of deal I could get by switching to Verizon from Sprint. I spoke with Nick for awhile and he was really helpful and informative.

In the end, they didn't have the phone I wanted but Nick called around to other stores to see if anyone else had one. He sent me to another store where they had one, even though it meant he wouldn't get credit for the sale.

That really meant a lot to me and because of that, I will come back here for all of my future needs. Finding an honest cell phone salesman is like trying to find a vegan at Texas de Brazil - it just doesn't happen. Thanks again Nick and see you soon.

Best Verizon Wireless store I’ve ever been to! The two men working were so helpful (I’m sorry, I didn’t catch your names!) and made the process of getting a new phone SO easy! Friendly employees, good location, great selection of products. I recommend anyone to go to this location! Thanks again guys!

Brandi was VERY helpful in helping my mom and I get new phones. She was very patient and stayed after her shift to make sure everything was transferred over and all set for us! She was knowledgeable and very friendly. I HIGHLY recommend this location!
