Great garage strongly recommend

My Dad always told me as a kid to find a mechanic you trust. Norm and the orange dog garage team are exactly what he was talking about.

I like to keep my cars for a long time and expect the routine maintenance that comes with zero dollar car payments. I stumbled onto them when his shop was in Akron and I’ve followed him to his Lancaster location based on those great experiences.

Norm will shoot straight and provide you with what you need repaired. I’ve had alternators, brakes, AC, and some other repairs done with this garage and every time I felt the job was done right and at a fair price. Norm has also recommended what additional services I might need to keep my car safely rolling down the road in the future; I’d consider these exchanges somewhat like he is my automobile consultant... “here are some of the things you can consider in the next 10,000, or 15,000 miles.” I can then budget appropriately before a failure and larger repair because of more damage done.

Phenomenal work done by Norm and the staff at The Orange Dog Garage. Would HIGHLY recommend to anyone who needs work done. Done on time and exceptional quality. Go here if you want to be treated like family. I will never bring a vehicle I own anywhere else.

I took my car to Orange Dog because of a stabilizer warning. Norm called me the next morning and explained what was broken. He gave me 2 options to correct it and estimates. He had it fixed and ready within 2 hours. He and his staff are very friendly and helpful. Price was reasonable. Definitely going back for all of my auto repairs and maintenance.
