Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

It was busy but the staff was friendly and efficient without being intrusive. Food was plentiful and very good. The cost was affordable. Great dining experience!

Beautifully appointed store with lots of eye catching items to tempt young and old. Food selections were plentiful , appealing and affordable. Service was fast and efficient. Chelsea, our server, made our visit very pleasant and enjoyable. Chelsea shared with us that she was new to the restaurant. How lucky are you! Her upbeat, positive, charming personality really made our meal experience that much better. Give that girl a raise!
On the down side, after entering through the bright and beautiful store, the interior left much to be desired. Drab, gray walls with faded nostalgic art and signs. The lighting was dim. Brought my mood way down! The whole concept made the dining area look dingey and dirty. Time for an update/ cleanup! Consider a lighter gray, if you must have gray. Otherwise, what's wrong with a warm light brown or gray/brown. Add some color to the art work...something to make a warmer, more inviting environment.
All that being said, our food was very good and our waitress, Chelsea, made sure that our experience was the best that it could possibly be!
