I called Air-Tec on a Saturday morning at 9:30am and my furnace was fixed by 10:30am. I was lucky Bill was in the area, but both times I've hired Air-Tec, the problem was resolved in a very timely manner. Bill is very professional, but yet personable at the same time. The receptionist is very friendly as well. This wasn't the first time I called Air-Tec and won't be the last.

Just had service done as my air conditioner decided not to work of course on the hottest day possible. Called Bill he came right over within 30 minutes on a Saturday. The unit was fixed and up and running within 30 minutes. I definitely recommend him he was quick and got the job done and was a pleasure to talk to.

Very honest guy. My issue was an easy fix and there was naturally a minimum service charge, but I didn’t expect charity work. Plus, I’ll take that any day over the dishonesty I’ve experienced with several other local companies.
