Recently purchased a new stove and microwave for myself. The sales man Tom was very friendly and helpful. Delivery was also on time! Highly recommend Orville’s in Orchard Park. My granddaughter was in need of a new refrigerator and again great service and delivery!!

I ended up buying a number of appliances from Orville's in Orchard Park. I had the pleasure of dealing with Shane K. for almost all the purchases. Shane has been a true professional on all counts. He has gone out of his way to answer my many emails and has provided very competitive pricing on appliances as well. I love Orvilles and have used them for years. When I buy an appliance I want to be able to talk to someone. The Orville sales team is always very friendly and knowledgeable. The only issue was when my washer was delivered it wasn't balanced because the delivery guys said they weren't allowed to put shims under it if the floor was uneven. This made me furious because my husband is in his 70s and can't do that. They need to change this policy!

I ordered all my appliances for a home renovation here. Everybody was helpful and made sure things went smoothly. This is the 3rd time I have used Orville's for a complete appliance package. I keep coming back because they are the best. If you find a better price, tell them. They won't let anybody beat them.
