(September 15, 2018, 6:02 pm)Been a member for several years. Really like the classes BUT....it is a very limited class schedule And classes are frequently canceled. (Especially Saturday classes) Tim is is only instructor so this is a problem.

(August 28, 2018, 11:59 am)I love working out here. Not only have I seen my body get stronger, but I’ve been a able to accomplish physical things that I never imagined I’d be able to. Not to mention the friends that I’ve made that are now like family.
(August 28, 2018, 1:12 am)Great group classes, a supportive community, and an awesome instructor! Every workout is different which keeps it interesting and makes classes go by fast. You will see results with Tim’s training, highly recommend!
