Needed to quickly replace a failed Fisher-Paykel APAP machine. PRO2 handled all Doctor and Insurance (MEDICARE Advantage Plan) contacts and secured all authorizations. On day of delivery my respiratory therapist, Chuck, set-up my new APAP and gave me clear and complete instructions on use of my new ResMed APAP. I give 5 STARS to Chuck!

Machine is working great I even brought the cleaning machine. But I didn’t like the fact they didn’t bring the nasal mask I used for my sleep study. I don’t know who dropped the ball but I had to use a different nasal mask until I went and got the nasal mask I wanted from my sleep study. Point is get all the items that you used during your sleep study not what they have for you
