Reeds Jewelers / Jenss Decor of Orchard Park

I originally went into Reeds Jewelers/ Jenss to look at engagement rings. I liked the idea that it was not a chain store that you walk by in every mall. Everyone was so welcoming and inviting. I wasn’t asked once how much I wanted or was able to spend. Christie showed me everything I wanted and anything that I could possibly like. I wasn’t rushed or pushed through the process at all. Their expectations were so high and they made sure that I got an extremely high quality diamond and they matched it perfectly with a setting and a wedding band. She worked with my then fiancé and me to find exactly what we wanted and make sure that we could get it. She and Reeds Jewelers/ Jenss Decor has been the only jewelry store my husband and I will shop at. Everyone is extremely helpful and do what it takes to help you. They stand behind every piece they sell. They have helped with replacing a missing earring, get things fixed, finding pieces that I liked that weren’t in the store, buy gifts, and more. Never once has anyone made me feel like I was a sale or up sell me to make a commission or quota. When I walk into the Orchard Park location, you are greeted immediately and every attempt is made to make sure you get what you need or are completely satisfied. Christie continues to work with me and keep me updated of sales, promotions and anything she can help me with. She takes pride in her job and helping people.

I took 4 rings in for service and sizing. Jenny was friendly, professional and concerned with my satisfaction. There was a small issue with one ring, and it was immediately corrected above and beyond my expectations. Honesty and integrity as soon as you step into their lovely store. Overall great experience! I was shopping around for an engagement ring and Kim was able to help me find the perfect one. She went out of her way to help me on her day off and ensured my ring would be ready in time for that special day! Will definitely be back to shop again!

Reeds Jenss gave me and my now-fiancee a terrific experience throughout the engagement ring process. I did my homework, and shopped around a b bit at other stores. It became very clear very soon that small stores just do not have a lot of diamonds and settings in house. Reeds Jenss was the only place I visited that could show me a range of options rather than just hypothetically talking about wedding band design and the four Cs of diamond quality. The associate that assisted, Kim, was absolutely fantastic. I really appreciated how she showed us the differences in diamonds that ranged from $5-10k. All in all, a very pleasant experience. Recommended. Ask for Kim!
