“It is the best of all the cold stones in the buffalo area and around western New York. It is the only one I've seen around here that uses points towards free stuff, which I thought was cool. The employees are mostly young kids in high school or college. They are nice and competent. Another thing I like is that their cookie dough fixings are actual cookies and not chips like the cold stone in Hamburg or Sonic in Cheektowaga. They play a lot of greatest hits, including Journey, which is tolerable. The area is really nice. Orchard Park is a lovely place! One of the better areas in Western New York.”

“Here's my experience with Expert Fence: 1) When Jeff came out and did a quote up, he actually took the time to measure everything out, sketch it, and communicate it back to me right then and there. He even sat down at my kitchen table and helped us pick out a fence - guiding us through the whole thing, answering all of our questions. When I had Vinyl outlet come out, their sales rep literally took 30 seconds to merely look at the yard, then scribbled a massive number on a sales pamphlet, told me to look on the website, and then took off. 2) The fence posts are installed using concrete. Some fences I've seen, most notably a white one near my house, has developed a lean and it looks like it'll eventually just fall flat on the ground. This apparently is what happens when the vinyl outlet just bashes a steel pole into the ground. I wanted something sturdy and that would last longer, so the use of concrete to secure the posts was a big deciding factor for me. 3) Family owned and operated. 4) As for the installation process, the crew was on time and professional. The fence has been great even with some of those super windy days we've had this past march and april which had me worried. Everything is still in tact and it's a solid, quality fence. 5) I was getting a pool installed, and because of that, there was a bit of a scheduling conflict, but Expert Fence was very accommodating throughout everything. I'm grateful for that as most businesses simply don't care enough about their customers anymore to go the extra mile and make sure things are all set.”
