“I had an issue with the first planter that was delivered on a Saturday so I left a message. The planter was not what I had first thought it would look like. At 9am Monday the store called me and said she would make another one and add a few things. I usually don't order on the internet but I was busy and had no time to pick something out myself. To make a short story long, the new planter was delivered and nicer than I expected. It is fantastic. If there were more stars than five to rate I would. It was just that nice. I would definitely deal with Englewood Flower Shop again. They back their creations. I did call to tell them how happy I was this time because it made my wife's day and mine. Thank you again!”
