“I have had my loupes from Rose Micro Solutions for the last 8 years and have used them and the light source every week since the purchase. 3 weeks ago, my loupes fell off the edge of the desk and shattered beyond repair. Donna asked me to send them back (she sent me a shipping label even!) for the tech team to take a look to see if they could repair it. They were beyond repair but Rose MS called me and offered to replace that pair with a new one for the price of the repair rather than full price for a new one....AMAZING!!!! This day and age, its hard to come by good customer service much less an excellent company with excellent products!!!! Thanks soo soo much!!!! I'm sure I will love this pair like I did the last pair.”

“Rob Neubauer is not only the best musician in the area but he is the most knowledgeable about all things music equipment. I brought my JCM2000 DSL 100 to him with no sound coming from it on Thursday and I get a phone call Friday afternoon from Rob saying the amp was all fixed and done. There aren't any music stores in the area that have that quick of a turnaround. I took my amp to Sound Souce and it took them a month for them to get it back to me only for it to fail another month later. One of the best music stores in the WNY region!!! Keep it up Rob!!”
