River Yoga

River Yoga is such an amazing community and the studio is filled with warmth, peace, expertise, and passion. The teachers work to make sure you find what you need whether that is class to quiet or awaken your mind, to provide a challenge, or to just be at peace with the River...Such a beautiful space where you always feel welcome.

I had two really terrific classes! They offer yoga nearby on Wellesley Island on the pavilion, several times per week. It is early and there is quite a crowd on summer, but everyone is incredibly nice and accommodating. The instruction is very free flowing, guided but not pushy, and encourages exploration and happiness. Mat are available to rent if you don't have your own and it is appropriate for all levels. I was even lucky enough to be there when they had guests playing instruments and singing. Marvelous.
