“I have been calling Jet-O-Rooter since I moved to my home in Sackets 6 years ago. I had called other companies, but all of them failed to respond or show during my time of need. Jet-O-Rooter responded quickly and professionally since day 1. They have redone my sewer lines because they were installed incorrectly inside my dwelling (too many 90 degree angles) and they replaced a section on the outside that had been done with metal pipes that rusted out!!! All in all, they have done an awesome job and their prices are fair. They showed me the pricing of the materials that were used along with the labor cost. Labor was a good price and materials were average when looked up. The part that makes a difference for me is that they respond to your needs ASAP!!! I am not waiting and waiting for other companies not to show up or respond.”

“My family loves this place. Friendly goats, friendly staff, and not too expensive. I had a donkey randomly sneak up behind me, then lean on me like he had one too many to drink, but I loved it. Cow #213 has a thing for licking my arm. I’m not sure if everybody has this experience, but I’d like to think I’m a special case. It was pretty funny.”

This is one of the few shops that offers the flavor burst options (my husband's favorite) and we visited numerous shop around the county trying to find these! The staff are always friendly and work hard. There are lots of places to go in the area, but Pennocks is our #1 go-to!”

I found the most beautiful photos in this box in the area by the books and when you first walk in to the right. We got one for us and one for him. Will post when we finally hang it up!
