It was easy to schedule an appointment and the job was quick. They also do NYS inspections. I always receive great customer service at Dunn Tire Lockport!

I took off o e star ONLY die to time management. I had a 4:00 pm appointment. My car wasn’t even taken in until 4:40. I would’ve been happy to come at 4:40 instead and really could’ve used the time to come later instead of rushing there. They had my phone number and could’ve let me know they were running late- or at the very least let me know when I got there that it would be at least another 1/2 hour until I could get in. I could’ve used that time to run some errands. Otherwise, service was good, as always.

Stopped in to have my tires rotated for free! Was very surprised they took me right away and did very quickly! My tires are wearing well thanks to the guys working there!

Service people were very nice and helpful. Replacement tire was difficult to locate, but was finally successful. Only issue was that tech who moved my car was filthy and left grease on the steering wheel and door handle, as well as dye from his uniform on my cream-colored leather seat. I feel more care should be taken to protect the interiors of customer’s vehicles. I did mention this when the new tire came in and I received the car back in good condition after it was installed.
