“My husband was mowing the lawn and a stone hit my neighbor's car window. ???? I called ASAP based on a yelp review and was not disappointed. We called at 4 on a Saturday and found out this wasn't just any window that broke but a hard to locate window. We called other local glass repair places and (those that answered on Saturday at 5) all told us this glass couldn't be found locally. ASAP called local used places and eventually found it for us brand new and came and installed it for less than Safelite quoted. My neighbor was very impressed with the technician and the install and we couldn't he happier with the service we received. Definitely call ASAP first.”

“My used 2013 FIAT 500T's trans axle was defunct with only 23,400 TOTAL miles. Neither the local dealer nor the manufacturer stepped up to take responsibility they seemed elated that while well under the warranted 50,000 miles ... The time line ran out on January 2, 2017. (I won't even bother to waste time relating how messed up the dealer's computer records were. The TITLE for my FIAT is IN MY SON'S NAME!!!!) The dealer wanted almost $300 JUST TO TAKE A LOOK AT IT, and verbally quoted me a price of $1,000 more than Hillmans for a new trans axle!!!! Dave worked to locate a used trans axle with 55,000 mile on it; when working, they are well built, and sharpening his pencil was able to help me. All the staff were empathetic to my situation; at times I worried that I was bothering them, they all did what they could to help. I'm happy and pleased with Hillmans. Got there for service and other parts for your car. You won't regret it. Dave is going to keep me on the road!!!”
