Niagara Cycle

Received my Sunlite Street White Wall Tires super fast. My daughter loves vintage stuff so I redid a Hawthorne cruiser I found while cleaning out an old small engine shop for a guy. These tires were the perfect fit for my project and at a great price.

They took a bit longer than other sites would have, but the order did arrive and the price was good.

I ordered on a Thursday, my order was marked as fulfilled on the following Tuesday, and shipping information was provided at that time.

I sent an email to customer service on Monday and was given an auto response explaining that they lost some recent orders but they had been recovered and they would be shipping out those orders soon. I received an email from a human customer service rep letting me know the order had shipped, after I had received an automated response informing me.

I would buy from them again.

All my purchases have been in store, as opposed to online. The times I have come here I received very quick and friendly help. Prices are decent and match that of other cycle locations in the area.
