Vino Velo Bike Wine Tours & Bike Rentals

Thank you to both Steve’s at Vino Velo! Our group had a very negative experience with a nearby tour group (Niagara Wine International) that left us stranded. These gentlemen were able to help us quickly and offer unparalleled customer service. Our tour was great and the price was excellent. Much appreciation to everyone at Vino Velo!

Steve showed us a great time while we were in town for a conference. He was eager to help, show us the routes, and accommodated to our time availability. The bikes were absolutely beautiful and he even does custom decor for special occasions. The shop is located in the perfect place, access to the a great winery route and near restaurants! He also has a beautiful dog to greet us when we walked in and the prices were great! Highly recommend!

Vino Velo was incredible!!!!! The owner Steven and his wife are so knowledgeable and so kind. It was such a breeze and pleasure renting from them. The bikes are safe and luxurious, it was easy to travel in style. The rental was affordable, and Steven gave us a great route and wineries to hit up. This company is a must for bike renters of the Niagara region. Can not wait to return!!!!

We took my daughter's bike in to get the brakes fixed. I was impressed at the level of service we received from Steve. He is so passionate about all things bikes and he went above and beyond to make sure her bike was safe for her to ride. I highly recommend Vino Velo.

I needed a brake adjustment done and thought I would give this place a try. What can I say... Steve is absolutely AWESOME!!!! What a great guy, even offered me a coffee while he worked on my bike. But he didn't just fix the brakes, you can tell that he really cares that you have a safe ride and you leave happy. He polished the bike, oiled and lubricated all the mechanical parts and was a wealth of knowledge. I left extremely satisfied with the service and feel I made a new friend.
