Butler House Bed and Breakfast

My husband and I celebrated our 24 anniversary at the butler house! Don’t let the neighborhood deceive you, this truly is a diamond in the rough. As soon as we walked in we could tell that this was a great choice the house was beautiful ,very clean and the owners very very very nice. When they found out it was our anniversary they gave us a bottle wine to celebrate. Breakfast was out standing . Close to all the major attractions.

Great cozy place, very clean and well kept.

My husband and I stayed here from May 23-24, 2015. The house is just as beautiful in real as it looks on the website, and it is conveniently located within walking distance of all the attractions. The host and hostess are very helpful and accommodating, and the breakfasts they prepared were wonderful! Not only did the food taste great, the presentation was awesome, too! The only thing that this B&B lacks compared to others I have visited is a nice array of snacks. When we were there, they only had a jar of sandwich cookies (along with tea and coffee). However, it is definitely a good value to stay here when you visit Niagara Falls.

This is not our first time staying at the Butler House in Niagara Falls. Almost every summer my wife and I travel to see the Falls and renew our vows. We used to stay at the local hotels, but after finding this cozy, welcoming and beautiful B&B, this is pretty much the only place we choose to stay at.
Great client service is one of the reasons behind it. Under new owners this house has improved even more. They are exceptionally friendly and caring people. Merle serves breakfast you will never find at any of the local places. Guaranteed.
The whole house is like a museum, too- from unique china sets to hand-crafted pieces of furniture. The house is really close to most of the Niagara attractions and the trolley bus that serves the tourists.
If you are looking for that personal, special place to stay at during your vacation to Niagara Falls, this is it! Here you are a guest, not a number.

Went for a three day get away at B&B. We loved it!
