My boyfriend and I went into the North Tonawanda location to get put on a new phone plan. David Grayson helped set us up and did so in a very pleasurable manor. I would definitely go back to him for any future purchases or help we may need.

My girlfriend and I went in to set up a new phone plan and a very helpful associate by the name of David Grayson made the entire experience very easy going and stress free for us, he happily went above and beyond for us and we will definitely be returning, thanks again Dave

From the second I walked into the NT T-Mobile, Brent & David were AWESOME!! Brent really went above and beyond to help figure out the best options for my circumstances. He was very knowledgeable & helpful. But most of all he was extremely patient. (even though I took up most of his afternoon). He answered every question & addressed every concern I had until I was comfortable with my decisions. He even offered solutions & incentives to help make those decisions easier. I was Very pleased with my experience and would recommend them to everyone.

Been going to this store for the last 6 months or so, and always have had a great experience. Have had to upgrade a few phones on our account and Julius has always gone above and beyond with helping us. He is very knowledgeable and provides great advice. We highly recommend coming to this store.
