Aside from an obvious depth of knowledge, Steve was incredibly approachable - in my 15+ years of playing, this was the best customer experience I've had. I would recommend them to anyone, and will be returning any time one of my guitars needs a tweak.

He makes sure that you are satisfied with his extraordinary work before accepting payment. I always enjoy going to Alder Creek Music with my husband. This music store is packed with beautiful music instruments.
