Additionally, stuff present on the day of delivery provided exceptional customer service. During the 5 hours of movers unloading their truck, Life Storage promoted a family friendly atmosphere and understanding for our situation. With outdoor temperatures in high 80s, they understood our kids desire/need to get out of the sun and welcomed the dog to keep the kids company. Thank you for making a rough morning much better!”
