“Wow, where do I begin. Ryan is a wonderful instructor, a miracle worker!! I never knew someone who has the compassion to teach like Ryan does. I’ve been going to Ryan for a very long time and every time is a new and wonderful experience! I have rheumatoid arthritis and degenerative disc disease in my lower back, a very painful combination. There are many times I can barely get out of my truck let alone walk, but when my session with Ryan ends I’m walking and in and out of my truck with no pain at all. My back issues will never go away but with Ryan by my side I know I can live a pain free life. Ryan is very knowledged with Pilates and strives to learn new routines that she shares with all us.
