Of course being expensive doesn't guarantee being good, but that's not the case here. Had my dog in for surgery and not only was he correct on the price even though the surgery turned out more extensive. And my dog is healing at a tremendous rate!”

“I love this pet hospital and the staff so much- they are the sweetest with my dog, and they always give him top notch treatment. They help me manage any medical issue by helping me get the best value price- sending me to fill a prescription at a pharmacy if it’s cheaper that way, or giving me the member’s discount at their shop- whatever works out best. They have been patient with my dog’s various allergies and helped find ways to treat him properly for everything. They are so affectionate to him when he comes in- and I am forever thankful to have a place that loves him as much as I do. Dr Schnabel is the vet that I adore- she clearly loves my dog, and he loves her. He’s never scared to be there and is always excited to see her. They in turn love him since he’s easy to give shots to and to poke and prod- never complaints except when he gets a nail trim. They are usually running late but with last minute emergencies, and uncooperative pets, this can happen to anyone, anywhere, so I always expect to wait an extra 15-20 minutes or so. When they are on schedule I am surprised- but again, I do not fault them for running behind. No Dr’s office is on time, but they still manage to be fairly on schedule. They have great insurance plans and we’ve saved a ton of money by getting our pet the insurance with the dental cleaning. If he needs a surgery they always schedule the surgery to coincide with the ‘dental cleaning’- this way he is already covered for being put under, and we just have to pay for the extra issue they are taking care of, whether it’s remove a tumor, etc. They’re incredibly compassionate, caring, and friendly- and they are a great value for what we pay. I couldn’t afford a private vet-and honestly, they are so great, I would never go anywhere else. Can’t recommend this place enough!”

“Dr. Jess worked on my leased QH/Paint and he is so much more comfortable. His head was canted to the left, and he did not move smoothly. After two treatments, he is a new horse. Comfortable, fluid and doesn't mind moving out. I will continue with Chiropractic care because I have seen how much more comfortable and happy it has made Thumder.”

“My wife and I wanted to thank the entire staff at Hamburg Veterinary Clinic for the recent situation we found ourselves in with our dog. The only vet we ever took our Cocker Spaniel to was Hamburg, and he received excellent care and treatment. When it was obvious to us that the end was here, the entire staff talked with us and made us feel about as good as possible about our decision. “Agree with everyone about the staff being friendly and the place is always clean & tidy and all of us including my Chihuahua love her Dr. My Angel suffers from anxiety attacks even in the car so getting her to St. Fransis is a challenge but than the doctor is good with her so makes it worth while . For me everything cost too much today but you got to deal with it and I don’t expect it to ever change back and I want her to stay healthy & happy .”

“God Bless Operation Pets for their outstanding work! We had several rescue cats to spay/neuter that were "thrown away". Could only do a few a month and I cannot speak highly enough about the staff and service. I found them to be caring, considerate, professional and accommodating. One cat in particular took us months to finally secure. Called and was able to get her right in. Yes there are allot of people at intake, however their fees are $100-$300 LESS than a vets office (called around and know this for a fact). And if you are on any kind of assistance program, you may be able to reduce their fee even more. I highly recommend Operation Pets. Stop the out of control pet population and have your animals spayed or neutered. Highly Recommend!!”

My German Shepherd is not a fan of the vet and the staff at Killewald do everything in their power to make him feel comfortable and make his experience there quick and easy. They truly care about our fur babies and offer the best suggestions! A few months ago, we had to make an emergency appointment and they did whatever they could to see us right away! The staff is very friendly and supportive and I'm happy to see a familiar face (Brooke) back behind the counter!!”

“LOVE THIS PLACE! My family and I have been coming here for years. They are very caring & compassionate. Even when i had to bring my 16 year old cat Zelda in to be put to sleep, they were wonderful. Let me have as much time to say goodbye as i needed and let me hold her the whol time. They took an impression of her paw print for me to keep with me forever and the wrapped her up in her blanket so I could take her home and bury her. A couple of weeks later they sent me a sympathy card signed by everyone there. I still have it 5 years later. My other cat Sammy has been coming in since day 1& is living well at age 10 because of them. I have a new puppy, and she will be making her 1st visit to them in a couple of weeks for her booster shots.”
