“Recently moved into our property that had been vacant for 3 plus years and come to our knowledge the tank had not been pumped in some 25 plus years. I called right at 8am in hopes that we could be pumped today as it was Friday and we wouldn't be able to stay in our home and even use the bathroom for the weekend. Within the hour they had rearranged some things and had someone here at 11:30! David our service guy was very pleasant even with the unpleasant job he just uncovered with all of the roots, solids upon solids and then broken baffles. “Mr Bender has been our plumber both at home and at our business for over 25 years . We own a very old building which can be a real P.I.A. to work on. For example there is a dirt crawl space under the building which leads to the sewer hook up on the main street, one day we had a foul odor seeping into the business, it turned out there was an ancient cracked sewage pipe leaking way under the building. Mr Bender came out the same day and spent several hours working under the building fixing the pipe.When he finally crawled out, he joked about needing more than one shower. The problem was fixed, the bill was fair, and the plumber was funny! We could not have stayed open for business without his help. What more could you ask! Thank you again Randy!”

“If you have septic system problems - THESE GUYS SHOULD BE YOUR FIRST CALL. Seriously. Here's why: 1) They are prompt. They don't make you wait and even though the company is busy, they comunicate very effectively. 2) Their employees are amazing. I wish I would have gotten the two guys' names because they were the best. Friendly, polite and EXTREMELY knowledgeable. Because I have an older system, they didn't have an easy task. Nevertheless, they didn't give up and went that extra mile. 3) The price was exactly what they said it would be. They didn't try to upcharge, they didn't back out of the job because it was difficult. The price was the price. 4) The price was affordable. These days everyone is on a budget. Me included. The price was fair and honestly, less than I had expected and much less than national franchises would have you pay. 5) They are a local company. (As a bonus - they hire military veterans! That right there made my day!) 6) NO UPSELLING! Delo claims that they can clean out your leachfield. Guess what - THEY CAN!!!! They can make an old system come back to life!!! And they do it for the price they quote. Having septic system issues can really be stressful. But they don't have to be. Delo Drain and Septic Services will take care of your issues.
