“Very happy with the service I received. Some background — back in Dec, 2018, my vehicle was at my car dealership to get some work done. Among other things, their service dept wanted to charge me $135 to "clean up the rear brakes." That sounded rather dubious, so I took a pass. Fast forward to this month (Feb, 2019) and I decided to double-check, and have the rear brakes checked out by Canada Car Care. They could have soaked me for some brake work, but they didn't. They told me the brakes were in excellent shape and there was nothing that needed fixing (or "cleaning"). It was the owner (Justin, I think?) who I had been talking to the whole time, and his communication with me was simply excellent. They charged a fair price to check my brakes, they communicated extremely well, and they "did the right thing." I will definitely be back.”

“Good afternoon. I have just received my keys back from Gerry after he fixed my rear windshield. I woke up this morning only to find my windshield was smashed in two places and completely destroyed by the time I drove from my home to my workplace. I called two other autoglass companies that I found on Google only to find that both places were closed for the Holidays. I guess those guys figure peoples autoglass don't get broken during the holidays! Either way, Gerry took my call at 10am. I was at work, and never spent more than 15 minutes between him and my insurance provider on the phone. Gerry not only had the proper windshield for my 2011 Santa Fe, but he came to collect my vehicle at 10:20am, and had her back in my office parking lot by 12:00pm. I literally have never had such good customer service EVER. I have worked in customer service before and always hold myself accountable for any work that I do, and my husband will tell you- I have high standards and expect great service - no matter who you are if you are getting paid by me! Gerry - I cannot thank you enough for making my day today go from a really terrible start to a really pleasing afternoon!
