“I'm a Realtor® covering Metro St. John's and surrounding areas. To help my clients, I provide them with a "Preferred Service Providers" list of individuals my Brokerage has historically had success working with, to help them easily navigate the Buying/Selling process, and close on a home purchase/sale. My clients on a recent purchase in late May actually self-sourced Gary Nolan, and asked if I was OK if we work with him for their transaction (since he wasn't on "the list").
