“Could be better Front desk staff polite, professional and friendly. Hot breakfast a plus.However, not as pleased with respect to cleaning room. The cloth used to clean bathroom was left on half-wall in the bathroom. The towels were fresh but they were left unfolded in the sink. A better job could have been done on the tub. The coffee maker was broken. Discovered that a vital piece was missing after three unsuccessful attempts to make coffe. Had worked previous night and that morning. In summary, attention to detail needs to be paid to all aspects of service.”

“Classy hotel An excellent two night experience. Well trained staff ranging from manager on site to individuals responsible for cleaning room. The young woman responsible for booking our room was patient, responsive to our needs and above all,welcoming. All I can say is keep up the good work as one of the critical components to success in the hospitality industry, is the quality of service provided to customers.
