“St. Paddy's day at 830pm and just our luck, we couldn't get in the door, the lock broke and our back door stopped working two weeks ago so we had no way in. We called everywhere in town but of course no one was answering for after hours this particular day. We just about gave up and then east coast locks gave us a call back, came out and fixed everything. I will recommend to everyone. Really pleasant guy and super prompt and professional.
