(November 21, 2022, 5:29 pm)As a retired businessman, I have had always the worst, non-friendly experience when I walked to the royal bank in Annapolis. But today, I got the warmest welcoming with a beautiful friendly smile from one of the staff (Nicole) made me wonder how only one person makes difference in customer service. I hope the rest of the staff wake up and change their attitudes toward people regardless of their nationality or skin colour and accent they have.
