Bruce Auto Glass

We got passed by a large transport truck on the Trans-Canada Highway as we made our way to Nova Scotia from Ontario for a 2 week road trip. The truck threw up a stone and chipped our windshield. Fortunately, the chip and resulting cracks around it were smaller than a quarter, so were repairable; however, we were worried that if we did not get it repaired immediately, the cracks would propagate resulting in the windshield having to be replaced at a much greater cost than a repair. When we got to our destination, we used Google Maps to locate an auto glass repair shop nearby that had good ratings, and we contacted our auto insurance provider to coordinate a repair. Our insurance provider reviewed Bruce Auto Glass/CNS Collision Centre’s profile and agreed to send them a work order so that the repair can go ahead, with the bill going directly to the insurance company. Bruce Auto Glass was able to take us within an hour of receiving the work order, and the repair took less than 30 mins. The staff were all very friendly, and the repair work was excellent. End result is that we got our windshield repaired the morning of the first day of our stay in Nova Scotia. Overall a very great experience and we would definitely recommend Bruce Auto Glass.
