Food here is excellent. No dry chicken or soggy fries!
The wait staff are amazing too. Great service in difficult times. It's almost worth the trip from Halifax just to come here ?

The restaurant is open during this stage of covid 19. Seating is limited but the staff are very friendly. The food was delicious. I ordered the half chicken because chicken sizes have been decreasing over the years. I did the 3 course meal with the chicken soup. I took the pecan pie to go, and took it home and melted some Cadbury chocolate on top. Recommended, a very typical Swiss Chalet experience.

I love eating there, the food is always good and hot, the service is great and friendly, the cost is reasonable, the parking however can be challenging if you get in past 4:30pm. There is a drive through as well.
August 2020, review update. Covid-19 has changed our going out for dinner habits, however we have been going here more often now, we trust the way they are doing things there, they follow all the protocols as I have been able to observe. The meals are just as tasty as before but Swiss Chalet has had some specials worth taking advantage of lately, probably to try and attract more patrons since things had quieted down so much. Anyway we are happy that this is taking place.
