I'm terrified of the dentist. I'm also extremely embarrassed about my teeth. The ladies at the front desk addressed me by name when I walked in which made me feel welcomed and took the edge off a bit. The wonderful staff when I went in were super kind and comforting. Explained everything they were doing. Answered any questions I had. I totally didn't feel shame for the state of my teeth. They weren't degrading at all. Just spoke the facts about my teeth and offered options. I highly recommend going here if you're scared of the dentist. Incredible staff.

My daughter had Taylor as her dental hygienist and we can not rave enough about how amazing she was!! She is so sweet and comforting and made the experience an absolute pleasure for my girl.

AMAZING! I would HIGHLY recommend Alliance Dental Truro. They put me at ease at each appointment, understand my tooth sensitivity and make me comfortable, and I never feel rushed. They are exceptional.

I absolutely love this place and their dentists. Dr. Julia (De Amicis) is amazing and so is her sister Dr. Carolyn De Amicis. They are both so friendly and super gentle. I have had a fear of going to the hospital for years. When I got old enough that my mom didn’t schedule my appointments anymore, I just kinda stopped going, even for cleanings. I was that scared. But when I had a decaying back molar that pulsed like a throbbing heart beat in my gums when I laid down, I knew I needed an emergency appointment.

Dr Felix was my first dentist at Alliance, and he was magnificent. He told me exactly what he was doing and made sure I didn’t feel a thing. He had told me after freezing was in that he could get that tooth out in 5 minutes, and he did.

I appreciate everything that alliance dental has done for me. Not only did they give my smile back but also my confidence

    Thank you
