Imo the overall experience is 2nd to none of any barber shops I've been to. I used to go to Jim's frequently until I moved to the city for a couple of years, and any haircuts I've gotten out there at multiple different barber shops dont even compare. I've been told by multiple barbers that I've got really fine hair which makes it more difficult to cut and some have even gotten visibly frustrated with it, and completely slaughtered my hair because their not used to cutting hair like that, even at places (head shoppe for example) I've been charged $40+ for haircuts that I probably could've done better myself with a butter knife but at Jim's, every cut I've had is exactly what I expect and for the quarter of the price of most places. Highly recommend!”

“I was walking around the Robbie St. mall and was surprised to see them there with no customers, considering during this time of covid-19 most of the barbers and hair salons are all booked for the month of July. Both myself and my father had our hair cut then and there. Excellent service. Put much more time and attention into the process than what you get at other places. Seems like it's under new ownership, as they said they were only open for a month, but I see some other reviews on here are 7 and 8 months old.”
