They seem to be very knowledgeable of their products which is nice to see also because I find most of the time the clerks just work at their job and not really stay on top of new projects or products being offered. But at this particular store this is not true...they actually seem to know what the customer needs and helps them in any way they can. I have to say, I appreciate EZ Recreation's willingness to try and get me back into the facility. Although they did reach out directly, I never took them up on the offer to have them help on the initial issue. I did give them another chance to earn my business though. The second experience that I had with them was far superior to that of the first. The staff was friendly, knowledgeable and very willing to spend the time to help me find the right product. I've since been back a third time. I didn't purchase anything on that visit. They still did offer the same great customer service that was received beforehand, however. I would chalk my first experience up to someone having a bad day, which I'm sure we all can relate to. Thanks for the great job. It turned a negative review into a very positive one.”
