“Saw someone else post about this place so I had to check it out. all I have to say is wow!! first off the service was fantastic and serving sizes were perfect. the food was really good and the pricing is not outrageous. I had the noodles with steamed dumplings and vegetable spring rolls and the Mrs had the same but with pork spring rolls. we were both amazed at the plate size when it came out. the food was spot on. Then desert came out, wrapped banana's with banana ice cream, just perfect. I'll definitely be back and you should visit also.”

“This is one of the best places to eat in Amherst. However it had very less people inside. Food is great. However their beef dishes are not good. They had everything but not beef. You should find the beef inside the dish. Good service. They even serve liquor. Gambling machines are in an adjoining room but never go that side of you want save your money.”

“This is an incredible bbq restaurant. I have been to many different bbq restaurants throughout the U.S. and several in Canada as well, and these guy do an incredible job. “Caroline and I stopped in our way through Wallace, and had a couple of their East Coast burgers, basically hamburgers with donair meat, bacon, cheese, lettuce, tomato and donair sauce. We felt the burger might have been a bit on the thin side and slightly overcooked, but overall it was a nice burger that worked well on the brioche style bun. We opted to share a side of potato salad, but found it a bit disappointing as we felt that it could have come from the grocery store as opposed to being made at the restaurant. They have a great selection of diet soda, and as a diabetic, I enjoyed having a choice beyond the ever present "diet cola". The service was fantastic, and we enjoyed chatting with the server who took our order. She was quite personable and we sat outside on a picnic table with a wonderful view of the bay, and enjoyed our experience.”

“Excellent meal. Deep fried clams were tender and the coating was light and crispy, like tempura. Very tasty. Pan fried scallops sautéed to perfection, tender and delicious. Accompanying French fries were cooked to a golden brown, crispy and flavourful. Sides coleslaw and fresh homemade biscuits. Good sized portions. Worth the stop. “New owners of the Harbour View this past year. Quality and quantity you get in your meal is impressive! I have been there twice I the past week for various family celebration meals. Fish and chips (flounder) and the Haddock dinner were both awesome! Wait staff are amazing and the meals, even with a large group, are out quickly. High recommend the food that comes with a spectacular world class view of the Bay of Fundy, Parrsboro wharf and Lighthouse.”
