We had such an excellent experience here. We had a great conversation with the owner about their business model, and how they hire locals and ensure that their employees are able to access training courses to enhance their skills. The food was amazing, absolutely incredible. We had a sampler of 10 of their beers, and really liked the variety that they offered. The atmosphere was great. If you have not been here, go!
Such a cool, captivating atmosphere! The interior design is on point, and the food is so yummy! Keep in mind, the menu is tiny due to the fact that they don't have a deep fryer. They also serve Covered Bridge potato chips instead of homemade but they definitely add their own spin to them making them into poutines or their 'mad dog' chips. And to compliment any meal choice, there's a variety of their signature beers on tap, 14 to be exact!
The place is so different, and trendy we even bought some of their cute merchandise (along with some 'Big Stink' IPA) to bring home and remember it by!
Phenomenal grilled cheese, and tasty brews served here! Highly recommend!
Robyn, was very attentive and knowledgeable. Great conversation and suggestions. Les, who I believe is the owner and brew master was happy to fill in if Robyn was unable to answer. The beer selection and taste was excellent. Food was quite tasty. If I was visiting longer and didn't have to bike up that long hill, I'd go again!
Menu is a bit limited but the pizza is supposed to be excellent. We opted to share salad and grilled cheese naan which was tasty. Nice quaint brew pub out of town away from all the crowd in Digby today (Tall Ships)
This place in the middle of nowhere is a must must stop. This brewery offered a large selection of craft beer made right there. We had the sampler. It doesn't look like much outside, but go in and the place is so unexpectedly inviting, the food is amazing and our server also the manager, Robyn, was the sweetest, telling us all about the history of the brewery the large variety of brewed beers. Love it!
