The reception staff and the hygienist Kim, were friendly, professional, and very considerate and helpful. Dr. Creighton was amazing. He took the time to explain what was happening with my teeth. For someone who hates going to the dentist, this was overall a very pleasant and comfortable experience.”

“I received very good care here after getting stung by 5 bees on a nearby hiking trail. Once I managed to stumble inside in ER, the staff got a Benadryl IV drip going very quickly get my hives/swelling down. Staff was helpful, well trained and thorough. Basin Dental Laboratory was not a ‘dental clinic’ you could call to make a dentist or hygienist appointment with. The owner was a denture fabricating dental technician who required a prescription (from dentists) to repair or fabricate prosthetics. He did not directly work with patients. He did not make, create or schedule appointments. No one answers the phone to this business because the owner has deceased. This business no longer exists and should not be open or susceptible to reviews.”
