I am very impressed with the whole team at Presidential Ventilation.

Of the three companies who provided quotes, Nick took the most time to assess the size of heat pumps I'd need for each floor of my house.

The quote that Presidential Ventilation provided was competitive. Even though it was already winter, I was able to get an install date about 6 weeks out.

The team who came to install the heat pumps were fantastic. They were friendly, worked clean and efficiently, and took time to explain how to work the remotes and clean the heat pumps.

In my few interactions with the office admin, they were great too, accommodating and easy to work with.

Sure enough, my Daikin heat pumps are working great. They heat nearly every foot of my home. They're quiet and don't require a thermostat.

Five years ago we purchased our Daikin heat pump (compressor and two inside heads) from Presidential Ventilation. The supply and installation process was so seamless and the business approach by Presidential so professional, that when we decided recently to add a third head inside, the decision on who to call was very simple. Right out of the gate after leaving a request on their website late one evening, we received a prompt email reply at 9:00 am the next morning that started the ball rolling. Soon after a sales rep, Shane, called and immediately took a very sincere and interested approach to our project. He set up a site visit to follow at our convenience and once that was completed, we were provided detailed and complete costing information less than 24 hours later. Once we approved the proposal, we were immediately given an installation date, and despite that date being a few weeks out (due to the present popularity of heat pump installations and sheer volume of work) Presidential not only met their promised install date, they arrived at the exact time of the day we were provided. Simply extraordinary given the habits of far too many contractors these days.
The technicians, Ron and Keith, were simply the cherry on top of this experience. Very knowledgeable, personable, with competence very evident from the moment they arrived. It was obvious they enjoyed their work and despite a very chilly north wind blowing, proceeded without delay and continued through to completion. Our sales rep, Shane, even showed up to lend a hand to the process. Unexpected, but very much appreciated. Ron and Keith did not leave until they were certain that we were comfortable with the whole process and understood the new equipment that was introduced. From start to finish, this undertaking was an absolute pleasure simply because of the professional approach by Presidential Ventilation and its representatives. Our rating and recommendation is unequivocal. These folks are good and take great pains to ensure customers are satisfied at every turn. All to uncommon these days and hats off to them!

We had our ductless heat pump installed months ago and we are still blown away by the level of service this team provided.

The install team was great, Jack the sales rep was fantastic, and just this past weekend... Michele from the office went out of her way to drop off new filters for us right at our front door.

This company seems to have it's culture and systems in place and the way they've shown up for us as customers has been world class.

I would highly recommend Presidential for heat pump installation - and already have recommended them to friends. Darrel was polite, prompt and professional in his assessment of my home's heating needs. He worked closely with my electrician to ensure that the units were appropriately positioned and powered. Darrel is a creative problem solver - working with me to determine the best location for the outdoor units and indoor heads considering my home's layout and available wall space. My two outdoor units and four indoor heads for the ductless system were installed by Ronald, Myles, Keith and Craig - I can't say enough about this team! They worked tirelessly to get the job done in one day and went the extra mile to make sure that the units were centered and looking good on the inside and that the cables were unobtrusive from the outside - extra merit for crawling under my deck to hide one of the lines, drilling through thick concrete, and reaching around the chimney for the other line! They also tolerated two curious dogs with good humour :-) The installation was literally the day before hurricane Fiona - so I am looking forward to trying out the new units once the power comes back!

I had a heat pump installed by Presidential a few years ago. This time, I had them back for a routine check and maintenance. This is the only company I feel the need to call for installation or service.

It is family owned, which i appreciate, yet the service and is superior to others that I have used in the past.

Have referred this company to my daughter and many other people, knowing that they will never come back to me telling me that I gave them wrong information.
