(November 4, 2021, 11:10 am)I really admire the responsible business practices that Aficionados puts into play. Supporting local fish sources AND only carrying ethically sourced fish from sustainable species ticks off all of my boxes for a concious and delicious meal.
I have found all the staff, that I have dealt with, to be friendly and very knowledgeable.
The freshness and quality of their stock is simply superb.
