Brad the owner was very easy to talk to and took the time to actual be in the mix of things as they took place. He gave a couple prices using used parts and new and researched what would be possibly expected from both scenarios, service and price wise. My wife was very impressed with Arian on pick up of the vehicle once the work was done. I was further impressed with the fact that with a holiday in the week of repair the vehicle was still returned to us in a timely fashion.
