One Of A Kind Furniture

What a great shopping experience! New to area & had been to all the furniture stores. They all had very similar furniture (boring!), or it was too "modern" and/or too cheaply made (& most stores were quoting us 5-6 month delivery times!). We found out about "One of a Kind" after doing an internet search. We went in with low expectations & were blown out of the water with choices & service!

Hubby & I instantly fell in love with the pieces here in my review (& this was the ONLY furniture we'd seen that we'd BOTH loved. We had to have them! (in other furniture stores one of us may have liked a piece, but the other would have compromised had we got it). Delivery was the next day!

When our furniture arrived, it was delivered by a professional moving company and carefully wrapped in furniture blankets. We were pleasantly surprised with a lovely handwritten thank-you card written by the GM (who'd helped us in the store that day) and a beautiful candle with our delivery ❤️

Yes, it's a small store - that's what makes it a better shopping experience! If you see it & you love it - you buy it - once it's gone it's gone & virtually no one else will have a the same pieces you do. That's why it's "One of a Kind Furniture".

They also have lots of home decor. I've got my eye on a Tiffany lamp - and if I had a place to put it - it would be in my home 😂

(PS We went back in today, and the owners and staff remembered us, asked how we were setting in & how the renos were going. How they remembered us 4 months later, is beyond me - but they did! We had a great conversation 🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦 We'll be back and most definitely recommend them to our friends!)

The owners that greeted me were extremely kind and warm. They buy their very cool inventory locally and from all over the world as well. Only a few pics here, wish I took more.

Lots of interesting pieces of furniture. Enjoyed looking round the store, prices fairly reasonable. Would be good to have a bigger store with more items. 🙂

OMG!! Could spend an afternoon just looking at all of the awesome 'one of a kind' items in here!! Ornaments, dishes, candles, creams, furniture, metal work...and so much more!! All unique!! All special!! Some locally made artwork!! If you can get in and out of here without finding something to make you smile gleefully or give you a magical moment of nostalgia... I'll be shocked!!

They have beautiful, rare furniture pieces and art works. They are locally owned, which is definitely a plus. The owners are wonderful people, and they also have two absolutely gorgeous dogs :). I always find an excuse to take my dog to meet them :).
