“What a great shopping experience! New to area & had been to all the furniture stores. They all had very similar furniture (boring!), or it was too "modern" and/or too cheaply made (& most stores were quoting us 5-6 month delivery times!). We found out about "One of a Kind" after doing an internet search. We went in with low expectations & were blown out of the water with choices & service! Hubby & I instantly fell in love with the pieces here in my review (& this was the ONLY furniture we'd seen that we'd BOTH loved. We had to have them! (in other furniture stores one of us may have liked a piece, but the other would have compromised had we got it). Delivery was the next day! When our furniture arrived, it was delivered by a professional moving company and carefully wrapped in furniture blankets. We were pleasantly surprised with a lovely handwritten thank-you card written by the GM (who'd helped us in the store that day) and a beautiful candle with our delivery ❤️ Yes, it's a small store - that's what makes it a better shopping experience! If you see it & you love it - you buy it - once it's gone it's gone & virtually no one else will have a the same pieces you do. That's why it's "One of a Kind Furniture". They also have lots of home decor. I've got my eye on a Tiffany lamp - and if I had a place to put it - it would be in my home 😂 (PS We went back in today, and the owners and staff remembered us, asked how we were setting in & how the renos were going. How they remembered us 4 months later, is beyond me - but they did! We had a great conversation 🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦 We'll be back and most definitely recommend them to our friends!)”
