“I was happy with my experience the staff was friendly and I wasn't waiting around even tho I had never been to that h n r block location before it did take a bit longer to process my refund but they were able to get me the most possible refund and I was lucky to get my refund that day which isn't always the case sometimes i had to wait for my refund in the past, but they were good glad I went and now my taxes are done I was skeptical at first but it's worth a try I will say they do charge a lot and if your not getting a good refund it can be a lot of money so something to think about.”
